Some of the resistance training exercises you can do is resistance bands, dumbbell weights, body weight workouts, weight lifting machines, etc. If you can combine lifting weights and cardio workouts regularly at least 3 to 4 days a week along with a balanced diet, you should be able to lose 30 pounds in 12 to 14 weeks.
