Some of the healthier alternatives to drinking Sprite are club soda with a lemon. Or just lime juice or possibly just drinking water and adding a lemon to it. Or if you are ok with just having some caffeine then coffee or tea can help boost your energy.

One of the reasons why too much caffeine can be harmful because it can cause insomnia, anxiety, extreme jitteriness, nausea, high blood pressure and potential migraines.

The Bottom Line is Sprite is a caffeine-free soda. The extra added sugar in Sprite can give you a good boost of energy even without the caffeine. Sprite should be limited in your diet because too much of it could cause health issues because of the high sugar intake.
