What are the healthy cucumber water benefits? You cannot live too long without drinking water period. Our body is made up of about 70% water, so water is needed to breathe, function and live.

Adding cucumber to your water gives it the added flavor. And it encourages you to drink more water. The goal for most people is to aim for 6 to 8 glasses of water daily to stay hydrated. And to improve the health of your digestive system. According to the American Family of Physicians they recommended drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water daily for health purposes.

Cucumber water will help with weight loss as the more water you drink the fuller you will be. The weight loss benefit of it is that cucumber water has zero calories. So, you avoid the empty calories you would get from drinking flavored sugary drinks.

I tell my clients this all the time that drinking water is one of the best appetite suppressants you can ever do for yourself. You will eat less food if you drink water between meals and throughout the day.
