Other internal factors that could be caused of excessive urination is:
• Bladder problems
• Prostate gland issues
• Kidney problems
• Uter issues
• Urinary tract stones
• Taking too much medical diuretics

Some of the other symptoms that may accompany excessive urination is pain when you are peeing, stomach pain or dribbling after urination, etc. If you feel that your urination is too excessive, and it accompanies some of these symptoms then you may need to contact your doctor and find out the issue or problem.

Some of the healthcare exams that a medical provider will administer to check if you have a urination issue is:
• Blood test
• Ultrasound
• X-ray test
• Neurological test

A urodynamic test is another important test that will determine how well the bladder can hold and release urine. And it examines how functional your urethra is.
Some of the things you can do to help moderate your urine output is consuming a balanced diet and incorporating an active physical activity lifestyle.

The Bottom Line is if you are someone that has excessive urination it could be that you are consuming a high amount of liquids such as alcohol, water or even taking too many diuretics.
If you are not doing any of that and it seems to be an issue, then you may need to talk to your doctor. And you may need to make sure you don’t have any kidney or bladder issues.
