What are the health benefits of Yucca root?  It contains a high amount of Vitamin C and antioxidants which can help boost your immune system.  Vitamin C helps to stimulate the production of white blood cells which can help fight off viruses and illnesses. Yucca root is a cross between a potato or sweet potato. And it was cultivated by people in South America and Africa for centuries.

Native Americans for many years have used Yucca to treat arthritis symptoms.  Yucca has anti inflammatory symptoms to help ease and sooth arthritis pain. It contains antioxidants and saponins that can help decrease arthritis symptoms.
