Ethical Inc. supplements and all other products are sold exclusively at www.ethicalinc.com and are not available through retail stores at this point in time.

Obi and the Ethical leadership team have limited availability to answer specific individual questions or providing individualized health or fitness advice outside of our online fitness and nutrition resources and programs available on the website. However, we will do our best to answer your questions in a timely manner.

If you’re seeking dedicated and specific support relating to your health/fitness/wellness journey – you may be directed to the Fitness portal at www.ethicalinc.com so we can tailor a workout or nutrition program just for you. For any health concerns you may have, always contact your doctor.

Account

To create an account, click the “Login/Sign Up” link in the upper right corner of the screen, then, on the next page, fill out the username and password fields. Click the “Sign Up” button. Your account is now created! Enjoy!

Having trouble?
Double check that these common errors aren’t causing your inconvenience:

– Ensure your email address and/or password is entered correctly
– Try resetting your password if your username is correct but your password isn’t.

Still having trouble?
Email us at at support@ethicalinc.com and we’ll happily walk you through troubleshooting.

If you are already logged in:
Go to www.ethicalinc.com/my-account and navigate to the “Account Details” tab. Scroll down to the “Password Change” form and fill in each of the fields. When done, click the “Save changes” button. You’re done! Your password is now changed.

If you’re struggling to log in and know your username:
Go to https://ethicalinc.com/my-account and click the “Lost your password?” link in the “Login” form on the left side of the screen. Type your email address that is attached to your Ethical Inc. account and we will send you instructions via email on how to reset your password.

If all else fails, please reach out to our customer support team at support@ethicalinc.com for additional support.

Check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received it, please attempt to reset your password again from our site. If you’re still not receiving a link to reset it, contact our customer support team and they will help you out.

We respect your drive to clean up that inbox! If you want to opt-out of our email marketing, you can follow these simple steps.

Open up an email from us and scroll down to the bottom of the message. Click “Manage Your Preferences or Unsubscribe,” and you can click the “Unsubscribe” button to stop incoming emails from our Newsletter. You can also change the frequency of these emails to fit your preference.

If you want us to unsubscribe you from emails, simply let us know in an email to support@ethicalinc.com 

Please keep in mind that if you choose to unsubscribe, we’ll still send you order and shipping confirmation emails so you can track your purchases.

Shipping

Our facility processes orders within 24 hour and from there please allow 3 to 5 business days to receive your shipment for standard shipping. After you order processes, you will receive an order confirmation and also a tracking number. If you choose to do guaranteed 2nd expedited delivery, there is an extra fee for that. All orders are shipped out no later than 24 hours of ordering.

The moment we ship out your order, we will email you the tracking number and link so you can follow all tracking updates.

Note: Please know that tracking sometimes takes 1-3 business days to update and this does not mean that your order is stuck in a different city. Instead, our shipping carriers will update the tracking at each new location including your city. Please email us with any further questions at support@ethicalinc.com

We use FedEx or USPS to deliver our Ethical products directly to you.

At the moment, we do not offer overnight shipping. If all else fails, please reach out to our customer support team at support@ethicalinc.com for additional support.

We appreciate your interest in Ethical Nutrition supplements. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship our products from our online store outside of the United States. However, we are hoping to be able to in the future. In the meantime, we apologize for the disappointment and hope that you can enjoy our products very soon! There are a few US Territories that we can ship most of our products to: Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam and any APO addresses.

If your order was damaged in transit or an incorrect item arrived, please email us at support@ethicalinc.com and we’ll be happy to help you.

We do offer free standard ground shipping for orders over $69.99. To receive free shipping, your cart total must be $69.99 or more after discounts. Free standard shipping is typically received within 3 to 5 business days after we ship out your product. All orders are shipped out no later than 24 hours of ordering.

Returns

Please go to www.ethicalinc.com/my-account/orders, find the order you would like to request a refund for and click ‘view’.

On the next page, click the ‘Request refund” button and fill out the form. Your submission will be sent to, and revised by, our support team. We will process your request as soon as possible.

Once your request is approved, you will need to ship your package to 1050 Lakes Drive, #225, West Covina, CA 91790.

Returns are accepted within 45 days of your order date for orders placed on www.ethicalinc.com. After we receive your returned items, we will process your refund onto your original form of payment. Original shipping and handling fees and “Duties & Taxes Reimbursements” will not be refunded. Please allow 5-10 business days from receipt of your returned item(s) for your refund to post. Please note that all sales to Hawaii, Alaska and APO/FPO addresses are final. For more information on returns, refunds and exchanges, please review the policies below.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns from Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses.

After we receive your return at the warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be posted to your original payment method.

Items must be returned to us within 45 days of the order date. Once we receive your item(s), please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund.

Ethical Gift Card or Ethical Store Credit: If you paid with an Ethical gift card or store credit, you will receive the money back as an Ethical Inc. gift card.

PayPal / Credit / Debit Cards: If you paid via PayPal, your refund will be issued back to the applicable account. If you paid with a credit or debit card, your refund will be issued back to your card. The time it will take for your refund to post to your bank account, PayPal account, or credit card will vary.

Please note that your refund will appear as an individual credit for each item returned, so you may see multiple credits on your credit card or PayPal statement if you are returning multiple items.

Returned items will be inspected and must be returned in unopened and original condition. Items marked as Final Sale and promotional items (e.g. free gifts with purchase, buy one get one free items) cannot be returned. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, unless required by law. Products shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses are not eligible for returns.

Original shipping and handling fees and international surcharges are not eligible for refund.

Product

All of our products have a unique expiration date stamped on the bottle.

By law, we are unable to recommend that you use an expired product. We suggest that our product is used within the expiration date. We cannot guarantee the product’s potency after it being opened or after the product has expired. Please also take into consideration that these products do not contain preservatives.

Caution: As with any dietary supplement, consult your healthcare practitioner before using this product, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or are otherwise under medical supervision.

Payment & Privacy

We accept all major credits cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express as well as PayPal Payments, Apple pay and Google pay. Use whichever method you’re most comfortable with.

We will not be able to successfully charge your card if it has expired. Please contact your card issuer and reattempt your purchase once your card has been renewed.

We take our customers’ security very seriously. Our website is 100% secure and we follow the same security procedures as all of the big name stores. When credit card information is transmitted to our payment processor, it is done so using SSL encryption.

Discounts

Once you’ve clicked on the cart icon on the top right corner of your screen, review the contents of your cart and click “CHECKOUT.” Enter your code in the field marked “Gift Card or Discount Code” on the right side of your screen. Click “APPLY” and your discount will be deducted from the total. If you’re shopping on your mobile device, you will enter the coupon code on the same screen that you enter your payment method.

There are a couple of different reasons your discount code may not be working.

– Are you trying to use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used at a time

– Are you trying to use the code on a one-time purchase or subscription?
Subscriptions, promotions, & bundles are not eligible with codes since they are already discounted.

– Are you meeting all of the requirements for the promotion?
– Are all of the products added that need to be added to complete the promotion?
– Is there a minimum purchase required?
– Is it only for a specific product?
