How to get motivated to work out? We all are motivated to move and work out through fitness by what we can potentially look like from those physical efforts. The intrinsic factors that motivate us to workout at a gym is the end results of looking sexy, toned, and fit. And if that was not the end result for many of us, I don’t think too many people would have any interest to exercise at all.
It is hard to tell someone if you don’t work out today it will shorten your life because we as people live in the moment. We are not the type of people that focuses on or thinks about where we are at 20 years from now. And so, the best way to motivate to someone is to show them visually a picture of what they can potentially look like if they do.
Because we are a visual society, and we all love to compare our lives with other people we are envious of on social media. So that visual aspect of a fit body at any age can be very motivating as a visual goal for anybody that makes a life decision to incorporate some form of physical activity in their life.

If you want to feel good and healthy you need to workout at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes a day. Regular exercise such as strength training should be part of your daily routine like brushing your teeth or taking a shower.
